Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-22. This policy explains what information Happy Game ("we", happy-game.net) collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account. To understand which games are popular we count page views and game plays together with your country (from your IP address), device type (mobile or desktop) and an anonymous, daily-rotating visitor hash. We do not store your IP address in our statistics.

Your like/dislike votes are stored against an anonymous hash so you can change your vote. Messages you send through the contact form (name, e-mail, message) are kept only to answer you.

Cookies and local storage

We use local storage to remember your light/dark theme. Games and advertising partners may use cookies.

Third-party games and advertising

Games are embedded from GameDistribution and GameMonetize, which show their own ads inside the game frame and may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads. We may also show ads from Google AdSense and Adsterra around the games. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites; you can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. Each partner processes data according to its own privacy policy.

Children

Happy Game is a general-audience site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
